Your care experience will be guided by a meticulously planned process, prioritising your comfort, and providing exceptional levels of care.
Get in TouchI offer a non-clinical consultation to all my patients, so that you can meet me and outline your treatment requirements, with no financial commitment. This is not a full clinical examination, but a service for patients who are not sure how, or if they are ready, to proceed. It allows us to see if I can help you and that you feel comfortable to take the next step.
The next step is an Initial Clinical Consultation, which is payable. Some patients prefer to book an Initial Clinical Consultation straight away, if they feel ready to proceed with treatment already.
Before your appointment, we will send you a ‘Welcome pack’, which contains information about the Practice and some forms to fill out.
At your initial consultation, we’ll ask you to fill out a medical questionnaire and provide other details about your dental history and lifestyle, general health, and oral hygiene habits.
At the appointment, I will learn more about you and your concerns, and I will find out what your treatment goals are in more detail, so that I know what you want to achieve. I will then examine your mouth, which usually includes taking some photographs and x-rays.
Once I understand your aims and wishes, I will show you my findings and report these to you. I will make you aware of all the available options and I will explain them to you, including the pros and cons of each, and their respective costs. I will then take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
When we have agreed on the best way forward to meet your requirements and achieves your goals, we will plan a process to get you there. This will be tailored to you and your needs and will proceed at a pace that you are comfortable with.
